Rapeseed honey, 500 gr, Beekeepers Gustav & Linda, Halmstad

This white, mild and creamy rapeseed honey is a favorite of many.

Tip: Take a salty cracker, put a slice of brie cheese on it and then spread our rapeseed honey on the cheese.

This is how Gustav and Linda describe their business:

We started small-scale beekeeping in the spring of 2020 and have since fallen deeply in love with our little pets. We have about 10 coastal bee colonies in the vicinity of Halmstad. A few hives are in our garden and we talk to the bees every day. We harvest each apiary separately and each honey is therefore unique.
